Switching to us
There are plenty of reasons to change accountants. Maybe you’ve outgrown your current accounting firm – the services you need might go beyond what they provide, or perhaps you feel as though you’re not heard all the time.
Either way, we’re here to make the switchover as easy as possible.
To get started, we’ll ask you to fill in a pre-meeting form online so we can get a picture of how your business runs. If it looks like we’ll be a good match, we’ll organise a meeting with you in person, virtually or over the phone – whatever’s easiest for you. This is an excellent opportunity to get to know a bit more about you and what your goals are.
From there, we’ll build a tailored proposal. If you’re happy, we’ll ask you to fill out and return our letter of engagement.
Now that things are moving forward, we’ll welcome you on board and give you the name of your client manager, who’ll be in touch to gather all the necessary information, including your banking and business details. If you haven’t told your previous accountant about the changeover, and if you permit us to, we’ll contact them on your behalf.
Once we have everything we need, we’ll set you up with the right apps and tech as part of your package. If you have any questions about our working processes, don’t worry – we’ll be on hand to answer.
At this stage, the changeover is complete, and you’ll be ready to go with your new accounting service. But we won’t just leave you to get on with it. After the first and third months, we’ll check in to see if you’re happy: if you’ve got any feedback, or would like to see any changes to the way we’re working, we can listen and make adjustments.
Moving forward, we’ll continue to evaluate and evolve your services to scale with your business. We look forward to our journey together.
